Project |01 Teacher Evaluations

When tasked with creating a new teacher evaluation from the superintendent; I immediately thought it must be done online, data must be tracked in the simplest way, and it needs to be mobile to allow the evaluator to store data and give immediate feedback. I, with the help of a web developer have created teachsansimon.com. It can be adjusted to fit into any districts current evaluation instrument.

Project |02 OdysseyWare

This year the district has adopted a supplemental curriculum from Glynlyon Inc. called OdysseyWare. This new curriculum has allowed teachers to enhance and bring to life with video, powerpoints, and other presentations their lessons. It also provides credit recovery for students in need.

I have had the opportunity to provide training for teachers on many different subjects to include; teacher responsibilities, differentiated instruction, active participation, classroom management, and classroom leadership.
